At PWD Athletics Academy, we have had the privilege of witnessing the extraordinary growth of Divine Iheme, one of the most promising young sprinters in Europe. From his early days on the track, Divine showed remarkable speed, focus, and a willingness to learn — traits that would become the foundation of his athletic journey.

Over the past few years, Divine’s progress has been nothing short of inspiring. With every training session, race, and challenge, he has refined his sprinting technique, built his strength and endurance, and developed the mental resilience needed to perform under pressure. His career is a testament to the combination of natural talent, disciplined training, and an unyielding determination to succeed.
This dedication culminated on 7 February 2026, at the England Athletics U15/U17/U20 Indoor Championships in Sheffield, where Divine ran an astonishing 6.68 seconds in the 60 metres — setting a new European U18 best time. This incredible performance not only highlights his speed but also reflects years of hard work, perseverance, and the guidance of his coaches, teammates, and family.
Divine’s journey is also a story of faith and gratitude. He acknowledges the grace of God and the unwavering support of his family and mentors in every achievement. Each record, each personal best, and each victory is a milestone on a path guided by dedication, belief, and humility.
As Divine Iheme continues his rise in the world of athletics, PWD Athletics Academy celebrates not just his speed, but his character, discipline, and growth. We look forward to seeing him shatter more records, achieve more victories, and inspire the next generation of athletes.
Congratulations, Divine — and may your future be filled with amazing wins, continued growth, and boundless success!
