Divine Iheme: Rising Star of European Sprinting

PWD Athletics Academy is thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievements of Divine Iheme, a young sprinter whose talent, determination, and dedication continue to inspire.

Divine has consistently impressed throughout his career, showing remarkable speed, discipline, and a commitment to growth. His hard work and perseverance reached a new high on 7 February 2026, at the England Athletics U15/U17/U20 Indoor Championships in Sheffield, where he ran an astonishing 6.68 seconds in the 60 metres — now the European U18 best time.

This achievement is a testament not only to Divine’s extraordinary talent but also to the grace of God, the unwavering support of his family, coaches, and teammates, and his relentless work ethic.

We congratulate Divine on this historic milestone and thank God for guiding his journey. The future is incredibly bright for him, and we wish him continued success, amazing wins, and record-breaking performances in the seasons to come.
